Performance Reps Northwest is proud to announce the addition of Chef Wade Harris, Corporate Executive Chef, to the PRNW Team.
Chef Wade brings a wealth of culinary experience. Throughout his 30+ years in the foodservice industry, Chef Wade served as Michael Andretti’s personal chef on the Indy Car Circuit, opened a destination fly-fishing lodge in Montana, and spent several years working in restaurants and healthcare. For seven of those years, Chef Wade was a Manufacturer’s rep focusing on supporting customers with recipe development and equipment training.
In his role with PRNW, Chef Wade will head up PRNW’s culinary efforts by hosting customers at the PRNW Test Kitchen in Seattle for equipment demonstrations, training, recipe development and more. He will also be responsible for cultivating new customers and providing onsite support and training.
Chef Wade is looking forward to using his culinary skillset, equipment knowledge, industry experience and relationships to help grow PRNW’s sales and to provide PRNW customers with information that allows them to make informed decisions when specifying and purchasing equipment.
When not in his chef coat, you can find Chef Wade fishing, hunting and enjoying time with family and friends.
